Booking a Session

Pre photo-shoot. Before your session, we can discuss any special requirements via email, telephone or if preferable you can arrange a visit to the studio. I'll try to book your session to suit you and your family.

How long does the photo shoot take?

The session can take from an hour to an hour and a half.

What happens if I or my child is sick?

We can discuss an alternative time.

How far in advance do I need to book?

This depends on the type of photos you want, Mummy and bump, child's first birthday or new-born's. It is a good idea to book a few weeks in advance.

Where is the studio located

The well equiped home-studio is situated close to Derby city centre.
There is a map in the contact details. There is free on street parking.

What is the cost of a session?

The basic photo shoot is £40.00 for studio time and use of props.
Please take a look at my price list for other packages.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, the deposit is non-refundable £30.00 and payable on arrival for the photo session and will be deducted off the price of your session on collection of prints.

How do I pay?

Payment by card or cash.

When do I pay for my prints?

About two weeks after the photo session you will be invited back to view and choose your prints, the full amount to be paid at this time.

What do I need to bring?

For baby and child sessions bring the outfit you wish your child to wear as well as any favourite toys of props. Baby or child's feed/drink or soother although I do recommend that the infant has been fed before hand and well rested.

For glamour shoot bring outfits such as lingerie, shoes, basques, head dresses, make up, this is your time to feel special so don't hold back.

Qualified member of MPA (Master of Photography Association.
Winner: MPA East Midlands Photographer of the Year 2015.
Winner: MPA Fine Art Photographer of the Year 2015.
1st class honours at Derby university in Fine Art Photography.
